Health Form 2010-
These health history forms are to be completed by the
camper's parent/guardian and a medical professional. Please
mail the forms three weeks prior to the first day of camp.
Scholarship
Application
To request financial assistance for your camp tuition,
complete this form and submit it to Lakeside as soon as
possible. Scholarships are generally need-based and
award decisions are based on a variety of factors
(including things such as family size, household income,
tuition assistance you expect from other sources, etc.).
Scholarship amounts are also influenced by the funds
available in Lakeside's scholarship fund.
Day Camp
The Best Days of Summer are at Lakeside
- Weekdays 8:30AM to 4:30PM ~ Grades 1-6
- Early drop-off and late pickup available
- June 28 through August 13
- Experienced counselors and on-sight nurse
- 5:1 camper to counselor ratio
- Lunch and snack included
